There are so many ways to harness energy and utilize it for our benefits–one of the more popular ways has become solar panel installations on homes. The U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy has a useful “Homeowner’s Guide to Going Solar,” with plenty of FAQs (“Can I install the panels myself?” “Is it safe?” “Where can I find state incentive tax breaks for going solar?”) to address initial concerns.
